1. Overview

At Mkaur Collection, customer satisfaction is our priority. Each product is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch.
Since all our garments are made-to-order or carefully curated designer pieces, we have a strict no-return, no-exchange policy — except in cases of manufacturing defects.


2. Return Eligibility

Returns will only be accepted if the product has a genuine manufacturing defect and the following conditions are met:

  1. The customer must record a clear unboxing video of the parcel from start to end (showing the sealed package and the product being opened).

  2. The video must clearly show the issue (such as torn stitching, missing embellishment, or wrong item).

  3. The issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.

  4. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

If these conditions are not met, the return request will not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products damaged due to customer handling or use

  • Color or size dissatisfaction (minor color variation due to screen settings is not considered a defect)

  • Customized, stitched, or altered garments

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Products returned without original tags or packaging


4. Reporting a Defective Item

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect:

  1. Email us at mkaurcollections29@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9211768763 within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Attach the unboxing video and a short description of the issue.

  3. Our support team will verify the video and confirm whether your return request is eligible.

Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions. The defective item must be shipped back within 3 working days of approval.


5. Refund or Replacement Process

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the inspection result.

  • If the defect is approved and the product is not repairable, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • In cases where the same product is available and eligible, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
    Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • The replacement item will be delivered within 5–7 working days.

6. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer size or style exchanges once an order has been placed, as our products are limited and made-to-order. Please refer to the size chart carefully before placing your order.


7. Damaged Parcels

If the outer parcel is visibly damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please do not accept it and immediately inform us at mkaurcollections29@gmail.com.
If accepted, ensure you record a full opening video to support any damage claim.
