  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.

  • During peak seasons, festivals, or sales, processing may take slightly longer due to high order volumes.

  • If there is any delay in processing (for example, an item is out of stock), you will be notified via email or phone.

3. Shipping Partners

We ship all orders through reliable courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, or India Post to ensure safe delivery.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Other Locations in India: 5–10 business days after dispatch

  • International Orders (if applicable): 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs

5. Shipping Charges

  • Within India:

    • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹2,000

    • ₹99 flat shipping fee for orders below ₹2,000

  • International Orders: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and delivery service. Customs duties, if any, must be paid by the customer.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or WhatsApp message containing your tracking number and courier details.
You can use that link to track your package anytime.

7. Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are entered correctly during checkout.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

8. Undelivered or Returned Orders

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, non-availability of the customer, or refusal to accept delivery:

  • We will contact you to re-ship the parcel.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, or an item is missing, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it.

10. International Shipping (if applicable)

  • Delivery timelines depend on customs and the destination country.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are to be borne by the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or international shipping issues.
